Who is responsible
Dibs is a trading name of Architecture Social Limited (company number 10430707), registered office WeWork, 1 Fore Street Avenue, Barbican, London EC2Y 9DT. Architecture Social is the data controller for the Dibs waiting lists and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZA916095.

What we collect
When you join one of our waiting lists, for studios, recruiters or designers, we store your email address, which list you joined, the date you joined and which of our web addresses you used. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it
We use your email to tell you when Dibs opens for you or, if you are a recruiter, to invite you. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by joining. We will not sell your details or use them for anything else, and Architecture Social's recruitment team does not use them.

Where it is kept
The site and the waiting list are hosted by Vercel, with entries kept in private storage. Only the people at Architecture Social who work on Dibs can see them.

How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Dibs launches, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email privacy@hirewithdibs.com.
