04 · The details

The first record decides

Fair both ways.

01

Only on hire.

Nothing to pay until someone signs. We invoice when the contract is signed, payable within 14 days.

02

3-month refund.

If a hire through Dibs resigns, or leaves for performance or conduct, in the first 3 months, you get the fee back.

03

Already yours, no fee.

If someone applied to you, or talked to you about a role, in the last 6 months, there is no fee. Dibs checks your records first.

04

One hire, one fee.

The earliest record on your timeline sets the price. You never pay twice for the same person.

05

12 months, any role.

The fee applies if you hire within 12 months of the intro or their interest, in any role, or within 6 months of their last interview if that's later.

06

Interest that ends.

A designer's I'd work here lasts 12 months, then switches off. After that you can ask once more, at most every 6 months.

07

Graduates free for returning studios.

Paid a Dibs fee in the last 12 months? Your next graduate hire is free, one for each paid hire, for graduate roles up to £30,000.

08

Contractors too.

3.75% or 7.5% of a contractor's fees, for up to the first 12 months.

09

Designers never pay.

Not to join, not to be introduced, not ever.

These are early access prices. Full terms will be published before early access opens.
